the 9070 XT is about 20% faster, but also 30% more expensive and gets you a featureset loss
4070 super doesn't make sense as is
though if you do get a 5070, you're basically on the driver update treadmill for a while since the drivers are still stabilizing, although 576.xx drivers are a significant improvement compared to launch
