• Have you reinstalled the Nvidia Drivers by removing them with DDU and reinstalling them by downloading the drivers manually and installing them?
• Have you made any changes to your PC/Laptop in the past few days (such as software/hardware install)?

Also: 144FPS corresponds to 144Hz. Is your monitor 144Hz? If this is the case, also show the contents of NVIDIA Control Panel's Manage 3D Settings for both the global and this game's settings.

This is a non-standard display refresh rate. If you overclocked your display, please perform re-tests with a standard rate.

reset your monitor settings to default
