#1021557074875912264 Update after two months. Aorus 15 9kf laptop. After sending the laptop in February (main problems: very high CPU and GPU overheating, performance problem with connected power supply)
the problem of laptop overheating was fixed, because the paste was replaced. However, after receiving it from the manufacturer's service, there was still a problem with very poor performance (in all programs, Autocad, 3dsmax, Counter-Strike etc.) then after two days I sent it back under the manufacturer's warranty - early March.

Today I got a message that the laptop is ready for collection. The motherboard, SSD drive, entire cooling system were replaced, the power supply was not replaced. To be sure that it works, I connected it to the power supply upon receipt. And what? The performance problem is the same. Referring to the Consumer Law, I stated that I am returning the laptop under warranty with a demand for a refund. Now I am waiting for a decision. What do you think could really be the problem in this case?

Power supply, did you send the AC adaptor to them for a replacement as well?

#

Also, did you set it to performance mode for your laptop as well in the Gigabyte Control Center?

#

Also do not use the USB C to charge the laptop, use the AC adapter

# oak igloo Power supply, did you send the AC adaptor to them for a replacement as well?

Sorry, didnt see your answers @oak igloo ;). So, yes - I sent the AC adapter to them for ( as I suggested them ) replacement, bc I guess there is a problem with it. But! They didnt replace it, they replace as I wrote - motherboard, ssd drive (dont know what for) and cooling system. They did not said anything about AC adapter during my visit in shop (when the laptop returned from Gigabyte guarantee) 2) I set the performance mode also in GCC and windows - did not help. 3) Never used the USB C to charge it ;v ..
