#Priority Access: Shipment Returned to Sender on delivery day

I was one of the lucky few that won in the priority access program for a 5090. My card was returned back to Nvidia on delivery day 2/28. There's a large reddit thread about this with several of us having this issue and we don't know where to go next. Nvidia is not replying to any our webtickets either and its been several days now. We all don't know what to do and are heart broken. I have no problem resubmitting payment or choosing a different payment option but i can't as the email was a 1-day purchase when we originally got the email last week.

I just want my card, please help!
