hi im glitch im trying download a filter from nvidia and it wont let me open this because it thinks its a virus and opens it thinking its a virus

Where did you download it from?

Game Filters are part of NVIDIA App/GeForce Experience and you should never need to download anything separately, so I am suspecting you've been misled

i downloaded it from the official site and i tried using it off app and theyre grey out and wont let me enable them
