Please boot into safe mode and DDU the drivers
If you are encountering issues performing a DDU, please do the following:
- Use the latest DDU Version from Guru3D and ensure you have extracted the exe before booting into safe mode (Until you see the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe in the extracted folder)
- Run the DDU program in Safe Mode
If you have issues booting into safe mode, you can do the following:
- Restart the computer.
- At the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down and then click Power > Restart.
- After the computer restarts to the Choose an Option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
- After the computer restarts, a list of options should appear. Select 4 or F4 to start the computer in Safe Mode. If you must use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking (Please note that only Ethernet works)
If the Startup Settings do not appear, do the following:
- Press the Windows Key + R.
- Type msconfig in the dialog box.
- Select the Boot tab.
- Select the Safe Boot option and click Apply.
- Choose Restart to apply the changes when the System Configuration window pops up.
Note: Once you are done using Safe Mode, go back in and undo the Safe Boot option. To exit safe mode, restart your system or perform the following if it doesn’t work:
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type msconfig in the Run dialog. Select OK.
- Select the General tab.
- Under Startup Selection options, select Normal Startup and press OK.
On systems with multiple GPUs, such as laptops, please only run the DDU on the affected device/which drivers to remove. Note: If you run the DDU to uninstall AMD or Intel drivers, you may reinstall the chipset drivers before reinstalling the graphics card driver if your GPU and CPU are from the same brand (AMD GPU + AMD CPU and Intel CPU + Intel Arc GPU) or if your Intel CPU has an iGPU (Non F CPUs)
I cant boot into safe mode ive tried it many times

Try to force Windows into safe mode/recovery mode
Windows 11 and Windows 10 automatically boot into the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) if Windows fails to start three times in a row. Three consecutive failed attempts trigger this action. Booting to Safe Mode outside of Windows is achieved in the WinRE.
Follow these steps to enter Safe Mode from the WinRE:
At the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.
At the Troubleshoot screen, select Advanced Options.
At the Advanced Options screen, select Advanced Startup Options.
Select Startup Settings.
Select Restart.
The computer restarts and enters the Startup Settings menu. Select 4 or F4 to start the computer in Safe Mode. If you must use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.
basically turn off your pc while Windows is loading with the logo
and do it 3 times until it comes out "Preparing Automatic repair", along those lines
I only get my pcs brand on the screen and then just a black screen
it never shows windows for me
thats why i couldnt do it
it just sends me to the lock screen but not its just black
If you can reach the lock screen you can boot into safe mode
Thats the problem i cant
So I'm telling you to do the other way
manually force Window to boot into safe mode
by shutting down your pc (power off button hold) while Windows is loading on the screen
do it 3 times
I dont ahve the windows loading on the screen
i only have " predator" on my screen

hi I’m having the same problem how’d you fix it ?
uninstalling the drivers through cmd helped me boot but when installing again it black screens on boot
you need to find a older driver.. the newest driver IS the issue... when your pc sleeps, the driver can crash resulting to non stop blackscreen.
Do whatever you did to remover the driver, then instead of installing the newest drver, choose an older one and your black screen should be fixed. This is what fixed mine anyway.
(i couldnt boot into safe mode either... i had to make the computer think windows was crashin, by turbning it off every time as soon as it booted up, this then let me restore to a point where be the new (bad) driver wasnt on there. Hope this helps
