like, changing to the best graphics and changing settings to make them better than the default ones windows sets
since for some reason the settings on windows are normally lower than what the monitor and/or graphics card are capable of

Just make sure your monitor is set to native and you're using the highest refresh rate possible on your monitor
Other than that, just get a better GPU
