Hello,
I noticed a performance drop from my rtx3090 fe and checked the gpuz for info. Looks pretty bad. Loaded my old retired gtx980 with 10+ years of service and it works perfectly. Please see the screenshots of gpuz.
Any idea what might be broken on the 3090?
Got the rtx free from a friend, so out of warranty. It worked well for a couple months and "died" very suddenly.
Any chance it's repairable?
#RTX3090FE stuck on 210mhz. Bricked?

Your power regulator or PCIe power is broken
You're power limited although it shouldn't be
Would that be on GPU or somewhere else?
The old gtx seems to work fine so I doubt it's the psu or mobo
On the GPU
you will have to bring that for repairs unfortunately
I bought an NCP45491 and going to replace it tomorrow. If it doesn't help I'll try shunts.
