How do I make instant replay turn on by default? | NVIDIA | Page 1

I updated GeForce Experience and the whole Alt+Z UI changed, which is fine, but the main issue I'm facing is that instant replay is not turned on by default. There is not a setting for this anywhere that I can find. It is very annoying when I want to clip something only to realise I forgot to turn it on earlier in the day. If anybody has a solution, please let me know, otherwise I'll just use another clipping resource like Medal.

instant replay should stay on once toggled

it's very likely you opened something that causes it to turn off. this is usually drm-protected stuff that isn't a game

example: spotify, netflix, apple music, etc. including browser tabs.

use a different app (e.g. OBS or the aforementioned Medal) if this behaviour is undesirable

it doesn't disable with spotify and i don't use any of the other stuff

Shadowplay has many unresolved issues, thus it is not supported here.
