It turns out that the flickering stops whenever im playing in 60hz
Although my monitor can support 140hz
When i try playing on more than 60hz the flickering comes back

Please define the flicker. Does it look like the backlight is going dark and light?
Does the flicker stop when you turn off G-Sync?

By flickering i mean
The screen is rapidly flashing low opacity black color
Like the black that is flashing is see through

This sounds like screen corruption/can't handle the signal
since usually any VRR-induced flicker doesn't outright show black

I dont know if thats exactly flickering
Check if the monitor stops flickering with g-sync turned off
If it does, contact the monitor manufacturer to investigate
