Yes, if you used Windows' own tools. Try with a third party app.

(Rememeber the Chromium checkerboard issue?)

#

Either way, feel free to check if said older driver works correctly even with a new OS

Ideally, use DDU (AutoDDU can be told to use a custom driver link, or you can use the manual version located here.)

Alternatively, if you had the NVIDIA App installed in the life of both the previous driver and the current one, you can go to the driver page inside the app and select the rollback option.

Never use the rollback option in Device Manager; this will break the drivers and any apps that rely on it. You'll end up needing to DDU for real anyway, so you did double the work.

You can download drivers from the official site below. (You will need to specify your GPU and operating system.)

On a laptop, both iGPU and dGPU drivers should be installed for full functionality and performance.

NVIDIA
AMD
Intel

Yes I do know that the older driver fixes this issue but I don't want to go back to an older driver if the newest ones are the best for me

Nope but I just started using “lossless cut” it’s easy to cut clips it replaces the old clip

#

You can also merge clips together and cut a clip multiple times in the middle or wherever you need and it dosent take 100 years to load and save
