i recently bought a gtx 1650 and i run benchmark test showing me this problem
and my games are crashing
what should i do?

If this doesn't help get it to a working state, the card's busted. If this were a used item, you'll need to report that the item was dead on arrival and hope you can refund it. If this were new, exchange it
