Went and picked up this MSI 3060 12GB today, and was running fine on this guys computer. Hooked it up to mine and a friends computer and we both get pink dots all over the screen until we update the bios. Then it’s perfectly fine until you try to utilize the GPU and it just crashes the entire system.
Has the 94.06.2F.00.9A Bios on it, any help is appreciated!! Please let me know if you need more information to help me Thank you!!

Keeping in mind that any form of software overclocking, underclocking, and UV will not persist on PC restart, let alone being removed from the original system

See if the card still crashes with MSI Afterburner set to most negative offsets you can do
(This is a band-aid and does not fix broken stuff, it just prevents you from getting to the broken part, if the problem was destabilization)
(Still, this card is considered cooked if you can't get it to work as is)

Ran it like this for almost 4 hours earlier and it only crashed once when I started turning my grapics up. I reset my CMOS Battery which I believe reset my BIOS and it ran awesome, didnt have any pink artifacts or dots on my screen. After it crashed it just all started going down hill again. It seems like I do the driver update on the card, and it stay after the restart. But when it crashes and I restart the computer the GPU doesnt appear on the task manager and it saids I need the driver again.
I understand its probably cooked but oh well I bought used and took the gamble, Might take to my local computer shop and see if they can tinker with it at all
