One thing though, to be sure that everything is correct, in Task Manager > Performance, is the drive marked as "C:" the SSD? If so, you're pretty much done

Did you not nuke the other drive after booting from the SSD?

Now you've got a messy bootloader

Shut down your PC, disconnect all your other drives, then start the PC again. If this screen shows up again, pick the option that causes you to boot normally. (You may need to try multiple times)

Once you're in Windows proper, clean out the extraneous boot entries.

run msconfig (right click Start > Run > type "msconfig" > OK), go to Boot tab, delete all entries that isn't your current OS, make sure your current OS is the default, OK, restart
