laptop drops to 99% when charging
its 100% ususally
but
when its like night 12am/11am it drop to 99%
then 20 mins later it go back to 100%
is there like any theroy or saying for this
(im planning to get a pc next year (janunary-feb)
would the laptop make it by then? w/o much issues (like saying i can ignore the 100%-99%-100% issues)

Probably just a quirk of your laptop's battery control
Sometimes they can't fake report 100% so this is what happens
If you don't see any odd performance degradation in line with being unplugged, nor the battery cycle count going up at an accelerated rate...
there is probably no actual issue
that said, does your laptop have no way to set a battery limit?
If that's the case, just be aware that:
- never play games on battery if possible (overrides all else, including "charge only to X %" if the laptop doesn't support battery limiters)
- if playing games, always be on AC power (also overrides the below two)
- avoid charging beyond 80%
- avoid discharging below 20%
trying to keep the battery within 80% and above 20% by playing unplugged and then charging again will only result in crappy performance and an insane amount of charge cycles to the point that the capacity loss will be much worse than an equivalent battery that stayed at 100% in the equal time
i dont ususally plug out and plug in
i always stay on 100%
i tested this before
it was normal speed
for a gaming laptop
then no problem here
alr
staying 100% when im using
is fine right?
i only plug out when its shut down
Yep, since you don't want to waste cycles
