It changes colors when I turn it on then it reboots and it is back to normal

Considering the state of your laptop's lid, I wouldn't be surprised if some part of the display assembly is damaged enough to be flaky

that was just the reflection, there is no damage

it runs fine but I don't know if I should be worried about it changing colors when first turning on

If it starts to appear again I'd probably get the laptop checked and or warrantied
