My laptop is not detecting my GPU

Hello, I had a problem after my laptop got wet and I took it to a repair shop, it no longer detects my second NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card and it's in the hidden device section, I tried updating it, updating my own computer, I also tried putting weird commands that youtube videos had shown me, but still no change. (btw the PC is in french, i'll translatethe screenshots down below.)

The GPU disappeared and is not visible to the OS/rest of the hardware. This is usually indicative of failing hardware.
