restarted my computer and even reinstalled the app but still.

It says reinstall not reboot your pc 😅 . Did you install this on top of the geforce experience app? For me Ge experience stopped installing in january and gave me error you post a picture, so every time i updated my drivers i just got the drivers and forgot about ge experience.

Also the new app phased out geforce experience.

Also, don't just reinstall it. Go to Installed Apps and uninstall it first.
