So i had reseted my pc and now I cant download drivers, everytime i install the drivers it says successfully installed but its not installed.

also my PC isnt recognizing my HDD but BIOS is

and my external monitor is not working

Open up device manager. Is your GPU detected? Does it have any error codes?

Double-click the GPU, it should show an error code

I don't know what to tell you, code 43 is a hardware issue
