Trouble with disabling DSR Factors.

I'm trying to disable DSR Factors so I can alter the resolution of Minecraft to run the game in 4:3 so the MCSX Modpack looks right. I'm encountering an issuw where their provided fixes don't work because I have no access to my DSR factors so I can't disable them. Attached are all the steps as provided on the modpage and my screenshot of my control panel.

Note: I have tried the one fix I found on the web which was to change my drivers to Game Ready. This did not make my DSR settings display.

DSR is not available and hence also disabled on your laptop. Your issue's root cause is something else.

You probably actually want to make a custom resolution and then set your desktop resolution to that instead.
