And Minecraft is only supported on those specific maps natively, everything else is a mod

bloons tds, undertale, getting over it, hollow knight, portal 2, the finals, rainbow 6, halo infiniter, gd, terraria, cs2, mc, fortnite (for some reason) and thats pretty much all
ik the first 3 games deff dont have rtx
ik fortnite does but i dont rly play

Roblox server might be a better option to figure this out
Minecraft is also easy to test it out too
On the Windows version versus Java that is

Go to the store, search for RTX
And they'll have RTX maps

You might be able to test it here
As long as your drivers are updated, shouldn't really run into failures to enable ray tracing
As ray tracing is usually, if anything, locked behind a driver update

i updated my drivers 20 minutes ago so that shouldnt be a problem for now lmao
