There is no way to change the fan without breaking the case.

The bolts are not reversible

You see the plastic box around the radiator?

It contains a fan, and it is technically impossible to separate the fan without breaking the plastic box itself.

The screws are non-removable, i.e. they are like cast metal.

The only way is to break out the fan mounts.

Such plastic 3 holders for fan.

I could come up with something, but I don't think I could use that box effectively.

I seem to understand the problem now because that box allows the air to be distributed better throughout the radiator.
