I have uploaded the newest crash from my event viewer along with the Sysinfo. I've tried sooo much.
I used DDU and did a clean install of the newest drivers.
I can only play my games for like 10-15mins at a time >.<
Any help at all would be fantabulous.

Update: NVIDIA Control Panel > Help > Debug Mode
This seems to have helped as far as I can tell. I've been on GTA:V for a few hours with no crashes. Currently setting my gfx settings back to high - will update if that changes anything.

I'd probably investigate if the card itself has gone bad. See what happens if you run without debug mode but with a negative offset (downclock without undervolt) with MSI Afterburner. Set the offsets as low as they can get.

since debug mode fixes the crashes, contact the card maker - it's going bad
