Yellow substance possibly from cooler on gpu and bellow

a dried yellow substance has slightly puddled on my gpu and bellow it.

still horrid quality ik, but its 4 am and im going to pass out, center of the photo, yellow splotch between the main cooler and the top of the graphics card

if that's actually a thing on top of the card, i'd probably power the machine off and cease using it immediately

if you have a water cooler it's probably leaking onto the card

and will kill it eventually

They’re referring to your cpu cooler. Is it an aio?

This looks like when a friend of mine had an aio but didn’t plug in the pump.

And eventually the liquid in the pump started foaming out and dripping
