I'm only having this issue in games and not when I'm on the desktop

low power, very old dual core laptop CPU

Please note that high polling rate mice (more than 1000 Hz) can significantly increase CPU loads

#

Reduce the polling rate

#

Knowing your laptop model, 500Hz is ideal

#

but on val it got fixed with that setting

#

I have my old one but the cable is in really bad condition so it keeps disconnecting. its 1000hz and I wasn't getting any problem like this

#

I just know it's because of the mouse and I just want to fix it

can i enable raw imput buffer even if its not in the game ? its fixing my issue on games i can enable it

Raw input only removes OS handling from being a factor

limber compass

it fixed it on valorant

ok, then it's probably some very awful software interaction between the rest of the system and the weird mouse drivers

limber compass
#

and how can i fix it ??

#

because i really cant play

Buy a cheapo Logitech mouse.

This is a serious answer.

#

Something with no software, no Bluetooth, just either a wire or a USB dongle

#

But before that...

#

Let's check if there are any other issues first

#

Install, open, tick "sensors-only", continue, screenshot and send the contents of everything

i know there is nothing, it just does it with the mouse, without anything running i'm at 3% cpu with 4gb ram usage and 50-60°C

#

and this mouse doesnt have a software

#

no bluetooth

#

i can use it wired

#

or dongle

OK. I think your only solution that doesn't involve a new computer is to get a cheap Logitech non-gaming mouse and see if it helps

but I don't have any money to spend on a mouse now
