#Graphics won't turn on

Depending on how it's set up, you'll either use the included jumper to connect the pins in such a way that it clears the CMOS contents, or you will be shorting two pins with a metal object.
Don't forget to unplug your PC before doing that.
Also, if your board has a CMOS reset button, you can use it instead.
Removing the battery only freezes the clock on modern boards, so don't bother
We took out the battery the first time and let it sit. Then we took at the bat, connected pins via instructions in manual- and that didnt fix it either.
Is removing the GPU entirely an option?
Yes
but the intgrated graphics dont work either way and keyboard lights arent turning on
You've just ruled out the GPU
Since the DRAM and CPU lights are on, when you mentioned "reseating the RAM", have you tried using only one of the RAM?
Took out all 4 sticks of ram, put 1 stick in channel a, tried to boot - no change, tried channel b, tried to boot - no luck. tried channel a's second slot and it didnt work. Tried a different stick all together in channel A and B and no luck. Tried 2 different sticks of ram from 2 different PCs (not at the same time, I kept them matching)
