when i am gaming on battery my rtx is running smoothly but as soon as i plug in my graphics drivers crashes.

Possible GPU failure
To confirm, use MSI Afterburner to set a negative offset on your 3050's core and memory clocks. Set them as low as they can get. See if games crash (less often)
