as the title says, I average between 130 and 140 even when in game is set to 144 fps. not sure what is going on or why i get random drops as well.

Is the speed on the packaging the same as the speed in Task Manager or the speed in Task Manager is half of the packaged speed? (Both are as intended outcomes; if the speed is neither, you have issues)

2x8, 3000mhz, the speed is the same in task manager as the speed on the package.

I had a 5700xt before and was getting stable 144fps in games.

so i cant run the autoddu_cli as there is an update for windows that wont install for me: 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)

There doesn't seem to be any problems on the desktop. Now start playing a game, and when you reach that FPS, show the contents of all the HWINFO64 stuff again.

How can yall not see that he is getting cpu bottlenecked 4070 super is newest gpu and he is using a little older cpu how can you guys not see that? and go on bottleneck calculator and you will see that he has 10-50% bottleneck depending on what he does

This game is so old it'd probably run well on an obsolete CPU. Something else is going on.

yeah but i mean if he plays highest settings on league of legends on this cpu+ its an cpu intensive game he should be getting around 144 i think thats okay and if he lowers it he will get more and he should try to set power management mode in nvidia control panel to "prefer maximum preformance" and on windows power plan "high preformance"

KEEP IN MIND THAT MAYBE BUYING A NEW CPU WONT FIX YOUR ISSUE BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE AN WINDOWS/SOFTWARE ISSUE i mean the google says that ryzen 7 7800x3d is the best cpu for the rtx 4070 super you sadly bought an overkill gpu that can be the good thing and a bad thing a bad thing because you will need a new motherboard to buy the recommended cpu and good thing you wont have to spend 1000$ on a new gpu for next 10+ years if nothing goes wrong with that one the best you can buy is an ryzen 7 5800x or an ryzen 9 5950x https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-x570-plus-wi-fi/helpdesk_cpu?model2Name=TUF-GAMING-X570-PLUS-WI-FI check this website i belive this is your motherboard so check everything and find a cpu that suits you but you also need to keep in mind your psu so your pc does not go boom boom and i would say if you can somehow try and fix this you can overclock your cpu right now but im not an expert in that so i cant help you and i dont want to ruin your cpu/whole pc by saying do that and that and you can try downloading atlas os or any custom os or do any tweaks to try to get processes on your cpu down i have an i5 10400f and an rtx 3060 i myself have an bottleneck but i cant buy a new cpu because of my motherboard and i cant overclock my cpu so im using atlas os win 11 version and it helped kinda but that depends on your preformance i think it wont help you as much because you have a strong pc but thats just one of the options and KEEP IN MIND THAT MAYBE BUYING A NEW CPU WONT FIX YOUR ISSUE BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE AN WINDOWS/SOFTWARE ISSUE i think that ryzen 7 3700x should be running lol at more then 144 on medium but thats just what i think i used to play on my i3 4th gen and i got 200 fps+ but that was few years ago but try to fix that issue somehow if you want to get better fps in other games buy a new cpu check on bottleneck calculator which cpu has lowest bottleneck

I finished running the test and got 0 errrors detected, how do i check if eco mode is off/on? I was getting stable 144 fps with my 5700xt. and I am not sure about the ddu.
