I'm having performance issues with Fortnite and Cyberpunk etc. I'm only getting around 400-500 FPS, which is much lower than what I expect. My cousin has a similar computer setup but gets significantly higher frame rates. Is there something bottlenecking my PC

Considering that your frame times are 2.5ms to 2ms... it takes an extreme effort to go from that to sub-2ms
