I used the nvidia app to optimisme my Fortnite settings. But I found out after that I preferred my old settings. Then. I decided to delete the app. Then I changed my setting and had to restart Fortnite. And now somehow. It still changes my in-game setting even after I deleted it. PLEASE HELP ME.

meaning intentionally let the app optimize once more, and then if it succeeds, then click revert to make it put things back to where it was

the settings might "stick" since the base settings were changed already, but you should be free to change them later in-game
