I have 3 separate PCIEs plugged into the adapter and I downloaded new drivers after uninstalling the old ones. Still my 4080 super’s fans aren’t spinning and it isn’t displaying please help me

Take a photo of the power connector from the GPU side with the flash on
If the previous video card does indeed work, though, probably return the video card for an exchange.
