Hi,
I bought this GPU recently.
When I used it, on desktop it is lagging, and when I played games, it lags then crashed after 5-10m.
Sometimes I got bluescreen, sometimes it just restart my pc.

I tried my previous GPU Galax RTX 3070, it works fine, no lag and crash.

Spec:
MB: Galax B550M
PROC: AMD Ryzen 7 5700x
RAM: 2 x 16GB
PSU: 850W 80+ Gold
OS: Windows 11 Pro 23H2
UPS: 2000VA/1000W

What I have tried:

  1. Update windows
  2. Update BIOS
  3. Remove old driver using DDU then reinstall using the one provided by the website.
  4. Changing RAM
  5. Plug the power to UPS directly
  6. Plug the power to wall socket directly
  7. Sent back the GPU back to the warranty distributor, they said it works fine on their end

Any idea why this happened and how to fix it?

Do you use a PCIe riser?

#

(If unsure: is anything in between the video card's gold connectors and the motherboard?)

Time to do it the slow way. Got your phone ready?

#

Enter the BIOS and take a photo, and I'll try to get there

#

(you may want to catch me some other time or get the attention to someone else if I can't respond. it is getting late)

Check "CPU Configuration" instead

In node information, there is no setting

Super IO?

Yikes. If the motherboard doesn't even expose the option...

#

Is there no option for a direct plug-in?

#

(If possible you might want to provide a link to the board's support pages)
