Then, choose advanced startup options, restart, and when prompted, Safe Mode with Networking
Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) - Remove AMD/NVIDIA/INTEL Graphics Drivers Cleanly - DDU is a driver removal utility that helps you completely uninstall AMD/NVIDIA graphics card drivers and packages from your system, leaving no leftovers behind, including registry keys, folders, files, and driver store.
Go here, download, extract, and run.
Does your computer go "no signal" or is it actually displaying a black screen with the backlight on?
messed up driver. Unlucky. switch cable to igpu and use DDU as he mentioned
so the former
what's your cpu?
shit.
so no other video card
do you have another computer?
dammit
Do you still have the disc or USB where you installed Windows from?
This issue is well known in different social medias. I hope, Nvidia will keep an eye on that and fix this.
For me, after force shutdown, the signal was back again but it nailed my Windows and even repair wasn't working with commands. Had to reinstall Windows and all stuff. And i'm not the only one as mentioned.
bruh
at this point I'll just tell you to use antoher computer to make windows install media and start over
U just gotta get rid of corrupt driver
Comptuer does not function.
You said you got no usb or anything correct?
at least, the current Windows
Try get to recovery environment in windows 10 is to turn on computer let it start loading windows and then force power it off do this twice it will then try to repair and then give you options to troubleshoot
because the video just stops working
computer doesnt' respond as soon as windows tries to start
Retry using official Microsoft
check the links for the Media Creation Tool
Scroll down for this
here
same steps, different links for different oses
But you gonna need another device
Double-click the MediaCreationToolxxxxx.exe file to launch the tool.
Click "Create installation media for another PC."
Select the language, architecture, and edition you want to use.
Choose USB flash drive and click "Next."
Select the removable drive you want to use and click "Next."
Wait for the installation files to download.
Click "Finish"
This method you can give it a try
just boot from that flash drive
Plug in the drive into the computer, go to the BIOS, and there should be an option for boot overrides
do that and select the USB drive you just plugged in. If the computer asks you to press any key, do that.
Irrelevant, since we're not using foxos
In fact, DON'T ask him
Windows installations that are tampered with aren't easy to support
By the way
do you have any personal files in the drives
this is going to be a rough one, but if there are, please let it be known, since obviously, clean installing's going to empty the c:
anything that is your own documents, photos, videos, downloads, saved game files, etc.
aka, the things that aren't just stuff you downloaded/installed
ok, then clean install using the drive Media Creation Tool made
NO TWEAKED OSES EVER
Stick. To. Official. Microsoft.
support is a ??? if things break
a 3600 ain't lowend enough
(this is console level spec)
get more confidence on your hardware 🙂
that can be easily replaced when you need to... and it doesn't affect your desktop anyway
You should consider going for a 5800X3D. Then you don't need to replace the motherboard and RAM.
at least you don't need to pay for the motherboard
AM5 ones are still pricey
I'd probably tell you to hold onto the CPU then
the 3600 is still fine
then a ps5/xbox series is not fine
since that's the cpu level you have
comp games tend to be very easy to run as is
and no, Fortnite and CoD don't count.
In this video, I'll discuss how to install Windows 10 using a USB Drive Media Creation Tool.

Try startup repair
If you have system restore point then choose System Restore option
If that doesn't work then we'll remove driver through cmd
That's for installing Windows all over again
Why don't you just use startup repair first?
Read what I've said
what was your way to go now finally ?
so you did a clean install again? Very bad that this happens because of a gpu driver. Had the same a month ago.
He could have uninstalled the driver using command
Since everybody were busy, couldn't help
In my case, i did this, but windows was unrepairable and no more access..
What commands did you use
The whole stuff like chkdsk, sfc.... , dism.. , pnputil.exe -e .... , and more
Nothing saved my windows. That was on 546.33
welp next time use Macrium reflect to take system backup
If startup repair did nothing, try system restore. If that fails, or there are no points, go ahead and clean install
I did a Windows backup into windows on my extern nvme yesterday 👌

Is the computer at a working state?
After you finish clean installing, install the drivers using the manufacturer supplied disc, USB, or when prompted once you get your PC connected online. Or just go to the motherboard maker's website and grab the stuff you need.
Do not install any other software, or the graphics drivers, until you are finished with this step.
Once you are done, download the latest driver on NVIDIA's website. Install as normal. If the computer does the same thing again, you have a reportable bug...
Note: before installing the graphics drivers, it's likely Windows has installed an older driver for your convenience already. Make note of the old driver version.
