@waxen crag my fault just seen this i got a geforce 2060 amd ryzen 3700 8 core processor im windows 11 i had the latest drivers downloaded i tried downgraded to an old driver but still no difference what could it be ? feel like ive tried every solution
im not too good with pcs so i had to use all my brain power for this one
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5157
Try disabling MPO
If that doesn't help then install version 537.58 driver
for sure appreciate it ill give it a try right now
There's another solution.
Someone on reddit already posted this.
Open Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation: Turn OFF Kernel-mode Hardware Enforced Stack Protection > Reboot and re-test
Some ppl think is that the kernel level anti-cheat is conflicting with defender due to the way the it works. The FPS drop is bcz of low CPU usage and half of the instructions being sent to the CPU being blocked by Defender before they can be executed, thus low FPS
If core isolation thing is already turned off then nvm
Some guy got a success by deleting the saved Call of Duty settings in documents, the entire folder and, completely reinstalling a fresh new driver
ill def try that right now i had just got a new ssd and before i installed my old 770 ssd was doing the same stutter fps drop issue but when i installed my new ssd 990 pro and ran vanguard it was running perfect but when i installed nvidia again and got the latest driver it went back to the stuttering
would for sure be because nvidia right ?
It could be there are many conflicting factors. Most ppl are blaming the game itself lmao
lmao yeah i was like it cant be the game not possible and i knew my pc could run it theres no way it couldnt
i tried searching for the core isolation said page couldnt be found and has no supported features im assuming i dont got that in my pc
Okay move to the next solution
๐
just tried the driver 537 deleted the folder for cod and still no changes ๐คฆโโ๏ธ its all good though bro appreciate the help just dumb how they dont fix these kinds of issues or optomize itself i guess but this game is not worth the hassle ๐
Get an intel processor 10th gen and up. A lot of people been having issues with fps when using a GeForce GPU. And i wouldn't recommend downloading all kind of applications.
for sure ill def look into upgrades soon.
It's basically the game honestly. Ppl being busy ranting on reddit about it
It's unlike old COD games where they launch crappy buggy game and next week they fix the game. Nowadays they launch smooth game and later add buggy update and fuck up FPS
Btw
This is something I always wanted to try
Most people on here is using amd processor and having mad issues with fps dropping using a GeForce GPU, and not using the AMD gpu .
Ever heard of Sandiboxie?
Install https://sandboxie-plus.com/
And launch game from it
whats it do ? launch it smoother ?
Tell me if that makes any difference
for sure iโll give it a try in a second
No. It's basically a sandbox
But in really really few cases I've seen smooth gaming experience when I launch from sandbox
But only if you wanna give it a try. Won't hurt tho
for sure
"A sandbox is a testing environment that isolates untested code changes and outright experimentation from the production environment or repository, in the context of software development including Web development, Automation and revision control." ๐ค๐ป
This is basic digram to understand what most data centers do
Just know you still gonna have issues. Shouldn't have to download any other application.
@candid rune @waxen crag so i found the fix i guess all i had to do was update my amd cpu
