I did some digging and found out your system is old since maybe 2014? Also, most ppl with 700series their gpu died after driver update (crazy lol) they had to RMA. I'll assume your system is genuine, everything along with bios is updated. Shut down PC. Reattach your gpu and it's cables again (Make sure your gpu is fine and not damaged cuz of heat)
