Is this a sign that my 3060 Ti GPU is failing?

Randomly, whenever I load up a program, for some reason after a few seconds the text becomes really smudged, However when I click back on the program the text becomes clear again. This seems to occur commonly on the Nvidia Experience App, also very rarely my screen can flicker like once now and then out of nowhere, mostly when playing games. Is this a sign my gpus failing?

My gpu drivers etc are up to date as well. I may consider buying a 4070 Super in the summer later this year so if it is failing its not a huge big of a deal.

Yeah it might be because the blurring issue didn't happen until a few days ago.

Yes that was the issue I think, since running the DDU, it has def fixed those bugs I was experiencing. Thanks for the help!
