can someone help me? i still get screen tearing even though i have vsync turned on in nvidia control panel. i don't have it turned on in fortnite but it was working before without it on in fortnite but for some reason i'm getting screen tearing now

I used to have the same issue and after everyfix i tried i found out my gpu fans werent working and found out i had a faulty gpu and i upgraded and bought a new gpu
