Problems with cooling

Did you follow the steps I've outlined? I'll copy these here for reference

Many newer gaming laptops should have an OEM utility or two preinstalled that let's you see what the fans are running at

#

Also, shut down the laptop fully (hold SHIFT while clicking Shut Down), unplug it from the power, wait for a while, perform a battery disconnect if accessible from the outside, and start the computer again with the AC adapter plugged in.

#

Did you game recently, or is it months since? Some laptops are barely capable of cooling a load

#

Have your downloaded HWinfo64? Get it, run it in sensors-only mode, and see if it detects fans while playing games

#

Anyway, fans can and do break, so if it really stopped doing that, get warranty

i'm using gtx 1650, played with it for 6 months game called 'APEX LEGENDS' and it was all smooth until yesterday, when i turning the game on for first 3-4 mins it seems like everything is fine, and then it starts lagging/suttering and fps drops to 10-20 ..
i have used the DDU for uninstalling the drivers, have set the graphic settings to high performance, uninstalled APEX then got it installed back again, have played with video settings in my game
i noticed that my fan is really not spinning at the time of gaming, but 2-3 days ago it was spinning fine and cooling the laptop, but now it doesnt spin when the temperature reaches the point of cooling

Does the power rating on the AC adapter (output voltage and amperage) match the one on your laptop?

probably check the program it uses for managing performance profiles, toggle it around a bit and see what happens

what i have noticed, iv tryed putting my fan settings to performance mode, and click aply and then the notice comes up saying currently in battery saving mode

and i cant find how to turn it off, i have put the fans to the test and they are both working perfectly fine

but when i turning on the game it seems that only CPU fan is spinning

Try updating the program itself (check the support pages for the model of your laptop), restart, and try again. Something is getting stuck

Can also try uninstalling and reinstalling it

i had it for a year almost, and played for 5 months aprox

without having any issue

Here's the thing with the GPU when you get a laptop or desktop you gonna have to get a replacement, new GPU the 4GB amount basically force your GPU to over power it self since most games is needing at least 12GB of VRam.

Do not download any uncertified software to use.

i understand that, but the GPU fan is working perfectly fine on the test that i have performed on MYASUS Program, but when i turning the game on its not spinning only the CPU is spinning thats strange

so i think it can possible be something wrong with my settings, or the drivers

If it says 0 on the GPU then the fan is completely non responsive.
