Games almost unplayable due to lag

Some of my games like valorant, honkai star rail and fortnite are lagging as soon as i open them, and the lagging is so bad that they've become unplayable, while other games like roblox and genshin impact works just fine, I've been trying to find a solution to this problem for quite a while but still no luck, another thing to note that my geforce experience is also lagging just like the games when the drivers are not updated and when i update them, it becomes a picture in picture type of thing in geforce and the games still lag

the problem is just with some games while others work just fine, idk why its happening bruh

Hmm. To keep things simple, can you for now download GPU-Z, and then go to the sensors tab? Then play a game where it lags

Im having a simular problem since the last set of updates. Warthunder is comepletely unplayable despite me using the lowest settings.
