Try obs. shadowplay sucks and it typically isn’t supported by the help desk volunteers.

Obs has a few issues like issues with recording the game itself.

Is the weird rectange what roblox looks like on the app? Since if it is it might have shrunk itself down and you would need to drag it out. Also i would try zooming in, since the red dot looks like the corners that you use to expand the window

and if you can see the 4 corners after zooming in drag one corner out as far as possible or there should be an option to fit the window to the screen if you right click the game capture in sources if i rember correctly
