need help with geforce experience recording

hey guys i need help when i try to record with geforce experience this icon shows up and it doesnt record anything. same thing happens with instant replay

I am not sure but I think this happens when your C: drive has no space for the records

@lost elbow we don’t support that software here, we recommend you use OBS instead.

why isn't it supported, isn't it an official software?

This is not an official discord. Nvidia shadowplay is buggy. It breaks randomly and has no known fixes. I recomend you use OBS.
