honestly I'd think you should stop troubleshooting and strongly consider reinstalling Windows first before continuing

I don't think my computer have any problem, except for that my computer work correctly so, i don't know.
1 year ago Geforce Experience was able to launch without any problem so i don't know.

I really think about re installing windows but i have a lot of apps to re install and it will take a lot of time, so i'm trying to fix my problem.
But if i didn't find any solutions i will re install windows

they are not asking for admin permission, they are just not launching i can click open and wait 2 hours and still nothing, but when i launch as administrator it work

i finally find the problem, that was ccleaner

Rockstar Games launcher, Epic Games launcher and also geforce experience was standby by ccleaner in performance optimizer

Uninstall CCleaner

It's more trouble than it's worth
