#my pc randomly started stuttering my monitor and my fps drops alot in my games

i got a ryzen 9 5900x cpu and a rtx 3060 ti 32 gb ddr4 ram. this just started happening idk what to do.

would facotry resetting it be my best bet or whats the best way to fix this issue. please help!

@spice oxide mine dont flicker but sometimes my mouse will move choppy on my monitor and it wont fix until i restart my pc, my fps also goes from 240 to 90 alot and it feels so ass in games
