When I play, and move around, the grass texture (the most obvios) sort of drift/blurs on the edges and then goes back, the game is also very unstable, what could cause this? And how do I fix?

When you say screencrap to confirm you tried recording a video and it didn't show up?

If so, from what I'm seeing pretty sure this is just the monitor

The video quality is so low that I have no idea what I'm looking at. But from your description, it sounds like you're having display-level ghosting

There's no glitch, just potentially a slow monitor.
