For some reason randomly while I'm on my computer I will get what look like old tv loading lines the cause the image below them to be behind ~.05s. Any one know why and any possible fixes?

Have you tried DDU? Display driver uninstaller,

So you can clean install the driver, if not then do that and check how it goes

Also does it do that when the game isn't running?

And is that a monitor or TV?

TV, I haven't tried ddu and from what I've seen it's at any time although I almost always have Game running so it's hard to tell.

Ok, try DDU but it just might be the TV issue

Would be weird for it to be a TV issue as I have used the same rig with a 1050 ti instead and it worked find

Well, first do the DDU and we'll go from theree

If you have a spare TV/monitor test it

#

If not, then test another port on your GPU

#

Also you can use your iGpu and test if it happens on integrated graphics (do this first as it might be the fastest option) but you can only do this if you have a cpu that has integrated grahics
