#buzzing sound, should I be worried?

The sound sounds mechanical and not electrical.
It sounds like grinding.
While the PC is turned off and unplugged, can you try to spin the fans with your fingers? Is it smooth? Also try pressing on the fan's hub (the middle). [Be careful not to bend or break the video card. You may want to temporarily remove the video card and lay it on a table first.]
If the grinding noise starts when the GPU's fan are spinning and the above doesn't help it, and there are nothing obstructing it, this may need a warranty repair if it's still in warranty. If not, maybe check if you can replace the cooler or at least the fan.
So I'm checking the GPU's fan?
Its almost 3am, i'll do it tomorrow
Answer, its not smooth
Should I get WD 40 and losen it?
@acoustic flower
Tilt your head and try to hear the direction of the sound. If it's in the direction of the PSU... welp
(On a phone with mono speaker atm)
New PSU time if thats the case?
Man I got this Superflower PSU in December of 2021
So just over a year
Planning for a return?
Is there anything inside the GPU that can make noise other than the fan?
Unfortunately, since it's a PSU, pretty much the only way is warranty or replace
Coil whine is a thing, but it sounds mechanical
I dont think its the PSU
I'll ask tech support sub reddit for more opinions
Found on the subreddit
Sounds like my sound
So its coil whine

3090 why have you failed me now
So now what?

Use your warranty I guess.
(Ampere cards are still new enough that any non-used card will still have warranty)
Doing some testing,
Its games that dont have unlocked or highframe rate limits that do it
