windows key not working

If this keyboard has software: look for a function that enables the keyboard-specific function that disables Windows key, and undo it. This may be plain, but some keyboards refer to it as game mode,
not to be confused with Windows's own game mode

If this keyboard doesn't have software, or Windows key is not disabled: the switch under the Windows key may be defective. If this is still under warranty, it's warrantiable.

Does the problem go away when you unplug the keyboard, wait a while, then plug it in to a different port?
