YouTube wouldn't help unless YouTube itself can see the video. You can also try seeing if handbrake can see it by encoding/decoding it to another format

Fyi, if random shutdowns are a problem sometimes, don't save it in mp4. You can save it in another format like mkv then use tools like handbrake to convert to mp4

Honestly don't think you're gonna be able to recover it, there's some tools that let you recover unfinished mp4's but they usually rely on trying to create a very similar video to extract parts from. I cannot guide you further on that as I am not familiar with it, all I suggest is recording as mkv instead of mp4
