All you need is a USB stick that's 8gb or bigger and the above guide shows how to do it
I'm not gonna help you with a 32bit OS, most software won't run with it and in the case with NVIDIA you'll be running insecure abandoned drivers.
Now go get a USB stick to clean install windows, get someone else to do it if you refuse to do it, or frankly go away
