??? What? This much frame rate would usually cause coil whine and it would have to be in a very light game..

Minecraft, and with 4k FPS i meant minimal settings, all hud turned off, away from entities and such looking into the sky. Thats where it gave me 4k FPS.
I dont remember any of them, followed a tutorial. All i changed were settings in ''manage 3d settings'', global.
And, i restored it back to default settings, but still have low FPS

Why did you change settings? NVIDIA's defaults are usually the best settings, NVIDIA doesn't ship cards with bricked settings.

No...
NVIDIA's control panel settings by default usually apply a specific profile per game that works best with the game, the performance and quality settings don't usually affect anything as the game decides it.
